Born and raised in New Hampshire, CindyMay moved to the Seacoast area to attend the University of New Hampshire in 1991. There, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor's degree as a Registered Nurse and continued her employ in that field for 12 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience which continues to benefit her, as well as her clients, in her newfound dream career, that of a REALTOR®. She has happily resided here in the Seacoast for almost 20 years. Her husband and 2 children share her love of the Seacoast and they cannot imagine living anywhere else!
Before joining The Michael Bean Group, CindyMay started her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage where she quickly became one of the top agents in an office of 90+ associates, having closed ~3.5 million dollars in sales within a short 6 months. She attributes this success to her life philosophy, that of practicing selfless gratitude and kindness, and that if your intentions are good, so too will be your rewards. She has helped clients buy, sell or rent single family residences, multifamily properties and condominiums in Portsmouth, Dover, Strafford, Stratham, Exeter, Fremont and Epping, just to name a few.
She prides herself on her listening skills, responsiveness, follow through and prompt attention to her clients' needs.
